Participation of a suitable dwelling in the NRAS scheme may result in substantially increased investor returns making stock in the scheme attractive to potential buyers and assisting in sales.

At this time there are no additional allocations being made available by Government.  Allocations may be available if they are transferred from an existing NRAS dwelling which no longer requires the NRAS incentive. 

• Suits dwellings within a price range
• Pending location 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom dwellings may be suitable
• Investor will get the same tax credit regardless of bed size
• The scheme applies to all forms of dwellings (studios, units, townhouses or detached houses)
• Appropriate number of dwellings will vary pending location.
