Fees to the Investors

AMC will charge you an Annual Fee equating to 8.8% of the total incentive package available each year.

Note cancellation or non-Compliance fees apply.

AMC charge a one-off documentation fee of $500 plus GST, as well as a valuation handling fee of $100 (adjusted for CPI increases) plus GST, in Years 1, 4 and 7.
